Thriving Families NS (TFNS) is a provincial, parent education program for families new to Nova Scotia, first time parents or caregivers looking for a refresher. It includes specific topics relating to the laws, legislation and  in NS relating to safety, health and well being of children and youth. Thriving Families NS is a group education program.
