Monday Family Playgroup Special Event
Celebrating Truth and Reconciliation Day
Monday, September 30 - @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Please sign up for Monday Family Playgroup Special Event to honour Indigenous history, culture, traditions, and the children and communities affected by residential schools with a Special Guest: Muin Paul
Muin Paul is from Eskasoni First Nation, Cape Breton, and is a Cultural Facilitator at the Mi’kmaw Native Friendship Centre. He is also a drummer with the group East Boys and a competitive grass dancer.
10:00 AM – Prayer & Honour Song
We will begin with a prayer and Honour Song, followed by a brief talk about Indigenous history.
10:30 AM – Drumming & Singing
Experience the power of drumming and singing together.
Everyone in the group is welcome to participate if they wish.
11:00 AM – Closing
We will close our gathering with a thank you and a song.

Infant Massage Program
5 Sessions , Every Thursday in October @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
A 5-session program led by a certified infant massage instructor, designed to help parents learn soothing massage techniques while strengthening attachment and bonding through nurturing touch during their baby’s first year.
